生态文明建设视域下我国环境治理体系建设研究

摘　　要：改革开放30多年来,经济高速发展过程中产生的资源环境问题日益突出,加强环境治理,建设生态文明已成为当前全社会的共识。文章通过识别当前中国环境治理体系存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出中国环境治理体系发展的基本思路和具体建议,为未来一段时期中国国家环境治理体系的建设和治理能力的提升提供参考和支持。Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the resources and environmental problems caused by the rapid economic development have become increasingly prominent, and efforts to improve the quality of the environment and the construction of ecological civilization has become the consensus of the whole society. In this paper, by identifying the main problems existing in the current system of China＇s environmental governance, based on present China environmental management system development and innovation of the basic ideas and specific measures, we provide reference and support for a period of time in the future China national environment management system of the construction and management of ascension.
