摘 要:目的了解广州市其他感染性腹泻流行特征及其变化规律,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法对广州市2011-2015年疾病监测信息报告系统中上报的其他感染性腹泻病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2011-2015年广州市共报告其他感染性腹泻病例69 496例,年发病率介于75.30/10万~146.72/10万之间,总体呈现逐年上升的趋势。5岁以下年龄组占发病总数的79.01%。10月~次年1月为发病高峰。报告发病率居前5位的地区为黄埔区、花都区、番禺区、白云区和增城区。实验室诊断病例占病例总数的16.11%,其中轮状病毒、腺病毒及两者合并感染分别占实验室诊断病例的67.27%、9.67%和12.33%。共报告其他感染性腹泻暴发疫情28起,均由诺如病毒感染引起。结论广州市2011-2015年其他感染性腹泻流行主要集中在0~5岁组散居儿童,秋冬季是其他感染性腹泻的高发季节,诺如病毒为主要病原体,存在轮状病毒和腺病毒交叉感染的情况。切断传播途径是有效控制其他感染性腹泻疫情的重要措施之一。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristic of other infectious diarrheas,in order to provide scientific basis for control and prevention. Methods Other infectious diarrheas that reported to disease surveillance information system from2011 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. Results Totally 96 496 other diarrheas cases were reported in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2015,with incidence between 7. 53 ~ 14. 672 per million,in which cases under 5 years old occupied79. 01% of all the cases,the incidence peak in time trend was focus on October to the January of following year. The top 5 districts of incidence were Huangpu,Huadu,Panyu,Baiyun and Zengcheng. 16. 11% cases were confirmed by laboratory test,in which infected with rotavirus,adenovirus or co- infection of the two virus occupied 67. 27%,9. 67% and 12. 33% of cases,respectively. Totally 28 outbreaks of other infectious diarrheas were reported,which were all caused by norovirus. Conclusion The other infectious diarrheas was mainly occurred in scattered children under 5 years old between 2011 and 2015 in Guangzhou,and the time peak was autumn and winter. Norovirus is the main pathogen that caused other diarrheas. The co- infection of rotavirus and adenovirus exist in Guangzhou. Cutting off transmission routes is one of most importance methods to prevent the outbreaks effectively.
