摘  要:本文通过对现有预防接种绩效考核形式和经费支付方式的分析,发现业务指导、督导考核、经费管理分离执行的绩效考核方式制约着预防接种工作的顺利开展。保定市通过探索实践,实行按接种剂次和接种率相结合的绩效考核,辅以单位和个人相结合的预防接种经费支付方式,对于维持接种人员的工作积极性和主动性,提高疫苗接种率有着重要意义。By analysis on current performance evaluation for prevention immunization and funding release pattern,it is realized that the current performance evaluation method,in which the authorities of professional guidance,evaluation supervision and funding management are decentralized,prevents the development of prevention immunization. Upon investigation and practice,it is demonstrated that for maintaining enthusiasm and activity of the immunization staff,as well as improving the coverage of vaccine immunization,it is of great significance to implement performance examination on the combination of dose time and coverage of immunization,in accompany with funding release for both the institution and individual.
