摘  要:普通门诊预约诊疗是大型三级公立医院门诊发展的必然趋势。通过对普通门诊预约诊疗服务的现状进行分析,从牵涉人群众多、操作流程混乱;患者认识不足、观念尚未转变;信息系统待完善、服务流程待优化;患者依从性差、缺乏有效制约途径等方面阐述了普通门诊预约诊疗的瓶颈,并以皮肤科为普通门诊预约诊疗服务新模式的试点科室,制定符合医院的预约制度和就医流程,从而希望能有效分流就诊患者,减少患者的停留时间,改善就医环境。General out-patient appointment care is the inevitable trend of the development of large tertiary public hospital. Based on the status quo analysis of general out-patient appointment care, the common bottleneck of general outpatient care such as huge people flow, the confusing business process, laggard awareness on appointment service, lack of information system support and poor patient compliance were summarized. Taking dermatology department as a pilot department, new mode which matches hospital appointment regulation and business process is implemented to effective diffluence patient, shorten waiting time and promote medical care environment.
