摘　　要：医疗纠纷的裁决专业性强,证据认定难、短期结案难为医疗纠纷案件审理中的突出问题。应以审判专业化的角度为突破口,构建医疗纠纷专业化合议庭,以法、医兼通型法官与医疗专家陪审员结合的合议庭,保证医疗纠纷案件公正有效率的审理,从而有效化解医患矛盾。The adjudication of medical dispute is highly professional.Some prominent problems exist in the trial of medical dispute because it is hard to ascertain the evidence and adjudicate it in a short-term.Judicial specialization should be taken as a breakthrough.The establishment of a specialized medical dispute collegial panel consisting of a medical expert jury and a judge who is expert in both law and medical science ensures the fair and efficient trial of medical dispute,so that physician-patient contradiction can be resolved effectively.
