摘　　要：对一起消毒产品卫生质量抽检不合格引发的行政处罚案件进行分析,就处罚程序、适用法规、行政处罚的时间点以及卫生质量是否合格的认定展开讨论,并对如何加强消毒产品监管提出建议。This paper analyzed an administrative punishment case on disinfection hygiene quality in sampling.Authors put forward their own views the procedures,law application,point-in-time of administrative punishment and how to identify the health quality,and made recommendations on how to strengthen the regulation of disinfection products.
