慢盆灌肠液在输卵阻塞性不孕症复通术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察慢盆灌肠液对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者复通术后的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法选择2014年1月~2015年11月于佛山市中医院住院的输卵管阻塞性不孕症复通术后患者73例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(33例)和观察组(40例)。对照组行宫腹腔镜输卵管复通术后未作干预处理,观察组患者给予慢盆灌肠液保留灌肠,疗程3个月。测定术前、术后第1天和术后第5天的C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,随访患者1年内的总妊娠率和宫外妊娠发生率。结果两组患者在宫腹腔镜复通术后第1天CRP水平均较术前显著升高(P<0.05)。术后第5天,观察组的CRP水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组的总妊娠率(57.50%)显著高于对照组(33.33%)(P<0.05)。结论慢盆灌肠液保留灌肠可显著降低输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者复通术后的炎症水平和提高妊娠率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Manpen Enemas in the treatment of fallopian tubal infertility af- ter tubal reversal,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Seventy-three patients with fallopian tube obstruction infertili- ty from January 2014 to November 2015 in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group （n=33） and the observation group （n=40） according to the random number table method.The control group wasn＇t given any treatmen,the observation group was treated by Manpen Enemas,two months for a course of treatment.The levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） were measured in different time points,the total pregnancy rate and the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in 1 year were counted.Results The levels of CRP in the first postoperative day were significantly higher than the preoperative in two groups （P〈0.05）.In the first postoperative day, level of CRP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The total pregnan- cy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （57.50% vs. 33.33%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The retention enemas with Manpen Enemas can significantly decrease the levels of inflammation and in- crease the pregnancy rate in patients with fallopian tube obstruction inrertility.
