依巴斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨依巴斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法选取2013年11月~2015年4月我院收治的110例AR患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各55例。研究组采用依巴斯汀口服治疗,对照组采用氯雷他定口服治疗。比较两组的总有效率、不良反应发生率以及血清中黏附因子(VCAM-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平。结果研究组的总有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后的血清VCAM-1、IL-10以及IL-4水平显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依巴斯汀治疗AR效果显著,能够明显改善患者的炎性反应及相关症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ebastine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis （AR）.Methods 110 patients with AR from November 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,55 cases in each group.The study group was treated with orally Ebastine,the control group was treated with orally Loratadine.The total effective rate,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the level of serum adhesion molecule-1 （VCAM-1）,interleukin-10 （IL-10）,interleukin-4 （IL-4） in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The level of serum VCAM-1,IL-10 and IL-4 after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Ebastine in the treatment of AR is significant,which can significantly improve the inflammatory reaction and related symptoms in patients with AR,it is worthy of popularization and application.
