中西医结合和西药治疗性早熟的效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较中西医结合和西药治疗性早熟的效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的性早熟患儿60例,将其平分为两组,每组30例。对照组应用曲谱瑞林治疗,研究组应用中西医结合治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后的第二性征、激素水平指标。结果研究组治疗后的乳腺大小、卵巢容积、子宫容积显著小于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的LH、FSH、E2水平显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗性早熟的效果优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To compare the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medicine treating sexual precocity.Methods 60 children with sexual precocity treated by our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups,and each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with Triptorelin,and the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.After treatment,the index of secondary sex characteristics and hormone level between two groups were compared.Results Breast size,ovarian volume and uterine volume in study group after treatment were obviously smaller than those before treatment and those in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）.The level of LH,FSH and E2 in study group after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment and those in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of integrated tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine treating sexual precocity is better than that of western medicine.
