利普刀联合中药散剂治疗慢性子宫颈炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究利普刀联合中药散剂治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年6月我院妇科门诊收治的84例慢性子宫颈炎患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用利普刀联合中药散剂治疗,对照组单纯采用利普刀治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为97.62%,对照组为95.24%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后阴道流血时间、阴道流液时间、创面愈合时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利普刀联合中药散剂治疗慢性宫颈炎效果显著。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods 84 cases with chronic cervicitis in our Department of Gynaeology from Jan- uary 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treat- ment methods,42 cases in each group.The treatment group were given LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder,while the control group were given LEEP alone.Curative effect of two groups were observed.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.62%,with 95.24% in the control group,and the difference was not sta- tistically significant （P〉0.05）;Vagnal bleeding time,vagnal drainage time and cervical wound healing time in the treat- ment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is remarkable.
