营养干预对高职女生轻度缺铁性贫血的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨营养干预对高职女生轻度缺铁性贫血的影响。方法对2014年9月~2015年9月在校的1103名高职女生进行体格检查,分析血常规检查结果,选取其中90例血红蛋白90~110 g/L的轻度贫血女生作为研究对象,进行为期8个月的营养干预,干预前后均进行血常规检查和问卷调查以评价营养干预的效果。结果营养干预后,所有研究对象的血红蛋白(Hb)含量、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)指标均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养干预后所有研究对象膳食行为和生活方式发生明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预能有效纠正高职女生轻度缺铁性贫血。Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition intervention on mild iron-deficiency anemia in female stu- dents in higher vocational college.Methods From September 2014 to September 2015,1103 female students in higher vocational college were examined and the results of blood routine examination were analyzed.Among these participants, 90 cases from in mild anemia with hemoglobin ranging from 90 to 110 g/L were selected as research objects.Eight- month nutrition intervention was performed.The blood routine examination and questionnaire investigation before and af- ter intervention were conducted in order to evaluate the effect of nutrition intervention.Results After nutrition interven- tion,the hemoglobin （Hb）,mean corpuscular volume （MCV）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin （MCH） and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration （MCHC） of all the subjects were significantly higher than those before intervention,which were displayed statistical difference （P〈0.05）.After nutrition intervention,the dietary behavior and life style in all the subjects were significantly improved after with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nutrition intervention can effectively correct the iron-deficiency anemia of female students.
