摘　　要：新西兰高等教育一直享有较高的国际声誉,其高质量的教育与其发达的教育质量管理体系是分不开的。与我国相比,新西兰高等教育质量管理在其组织运行上是相当先进的,对我们有着重要的参考价值。本文首先介绍了新西兰高等教育管理的概况,其次分析了新西兰高等教育质量管理体系的特点,主要目的是通过对新西兰高等教育质量管理体系的研究,提取值得借鉴的经验来促进我国高等教育评估的进一步发展。New Zealand＇s higher education has always enjoyed a high international reputation. Its high quality education cant separate from its developed education quality guarantee system. Compared with our country, the quality of higher education in New Zealand is quite advanced in both organization and operation, which provides important reference value for us. This paper elaborates the characteristics of management and the quality system of New Zealand higher education through the research in management mechanism of New Zealand higher education. The main purpose is to collect the valuable experiences to promote the further development of our country＇s higher education evaluation , through the study on quality management system of higher education in New Zealand.
