摘　　要：人是一个时代的主体,是一切活动的根本。而成人高等教育又是近几年来被广泛认同的一种进修学习方式。在这个知识掌管命运的年代,起着不可替代的作用。很多人因为各种原因,受到的教育有限。又因工作等原因,觉得开始力不从心,很多人都会选择继续接受教育,以提升自己的水平,为自己赢得更好的将来。但由于这部分人,在学习的过程中还会兼顾工作家庭等各种因素,因此管理起来存在着较大困难,急需一套完善的管理方式,帮助他们解决遇到的问题。The person is the main body of an era and is the fundamental of all activities. Adult higher education is a new way of learning which has been widely recognized in recent years, plays an irreplaceable role. A lot of people, because of various reasons, education and work, the feel is falling. And many people will choose to continue to accept education, to enhance the level of their own and get a better future for themselves. But due to this part of the people, in the process of learning will also take into account various factors such as the job family. Management up and there is a big difficulty, need a complete set of management methods to help them solve the problems encountered.
