摘 要:探讨等离子体处理对聚乳酸纤维的表面改性效果。采用氩气介质阻挡放电等离子体对聚乳酸纤维进行表面改性,并用分散染料对改性后的纤维进行染色,研究了改性后聚乳酸纤维的表面形貌、化学结构、染色性能及断裂强度的变化规律。结果表明:随着等离子体处理时间的延长,聚乳酸纤维表面的粗糙程度逐渐增加,亲水性显著增强,同时纤维的染色性明显提高,当处理时间达到90s时,聚乳酸纤维的表面性能获得较理想的改善效果。认为:氩气介质阻挡放电等离子处理能明显改善聚乳酸纤维的表面性能和染色性能。The surface modification effect of plasma treatment on polylactic acid fiber was discussed. Argon dielectric harrier discharge plasma was adopted for the surface treatment of polylactic acid fiber. Modified fiber were dyed by disperse dyes. The change principles of the surface morphology, chemical construction, dying proper- ty and hreaking strength for modified polylactic acid fiber were studied. The results show that the roughness de- gree of the polylactic acid fiber surface is increased, the hydrophilic property is enhanced obviously and the dyeing property is clearly improved as the increase of plasma treatment time. When the treatment time is 90 s,ideal im- provement effect on the surface property of polylactic acid fiber can be obtained. It is considered that Argon die- lectric barrier discharge plasma treatment can obviously improve the surface property and dying property of poly- lactic acid fiber.
