摘 要:探讨梳棉梳理度、梳理力、冲击力、转移率对梳理质量的影响。介绍了4个梳理参数的定义、定量表征方式和影响因素。分别就4个梳理参数对梳理质量以及成纱质量的影响进行了对比试验。分析表明:在原料指标、针布规格等因素相对固定的情况下,较为理想的梳理参数分别为刺辊梳理度1齿/根左右,锡林梳理度16齿/根~18齿/根,梳理力小于3×10-5 N,冲击力2.0cN,转移率13%~15%。认为:研究并确定理想的梳理参数,有利于发挥梳棉机梳理性能,适应高速高产,提高梳理质量。The influences of carding degree, carding force, impact force and transfer rate on carding quality were discussed. The definition,quantitative expression and influence factor of the four carding parameters were introduced. Comparison test were done for the influences of the four carding parameters on carding quality and yarn quality separately. The test results show that the ideal carding parameters include one around tooth/yarn of lickerin carding degree, 16 tooth/yarn to 18 tooth/yarn of cylinder carding degree, less than 3 ×10-1 N carding force, 2.0cN impact force and 13%-15% transfer rate when the elements like raw material indexes,card clothing and so on are relatively fixed. It is considered that the study and confirmation of ideal carding parameters are beneficial to play the carding property of carding machine, to suit for higher running speed and higher yield and to improve the carding quality.
