摘 要:探讨棉菠萝麻混纺织物中各纤维成分定量分析方法。采用近红外扫描光谱分析仪,在1 000nm^1 800nm波长范围内采集棉菠萝麻混纺织物的近红外光谱图,对采集到的光谱图进行预处理,然后采用偏最小二乘法建立定量分析模型。试验结果表明:该模型中棉含量的近红外测试结果与纤维投影法测得结果间的相关系数为0.992,拟合效果较好。认为:可以将近红外光谱分析方法应用于棉菠萝麻混纺织物的纤维定量分析。Quantitative analyses method for each fiber in cotton pineapple fiber blended fabric were dis- cussed. Near infrared scanning spectrum analyzer was adopted. The near infrared spectrum of cotton pineapple fi- ber blended fabric was collected in the wavelength range of 1 000 nm- 1 800 nm. The collected spectrogram was pre-treated. Then,partial least squares method was used to establish the quantitative analysis model. The lest results show that the correlation coefficient of cotton contains tested by near infrared and fiber projection method is 0. 992. The imitative effect is better. It is considered that near infrared spectroscopic analysis method can be used in the fiber quantitative analyses of cotton pineapple fiber blended fabric.
