摘  要:探讨棉纺常见机械波的计算方法和应用实例。分析了速度法、传动比法、牵伸倍数法等计算常见机械波的方法,并对粗纱卷绕周期波,同步齿形带、中罗拉及胶圈形成的机械波,圈条波等特殊原因造成的机械波进行了解析。指出:通过分析条干仪的测试结果,计算判断机械波的产生部位能够及时地找出机械设备缺陷,迅速改进工艺并调整机械状态,可以有效减少突发性纱疵,改善条干均匀度,保证成纱质量,使纺纱各工序处于受控状态,同时,要注重设备的维护保养,正确区分"假波"、"谐波"和"隐波"等问题。认为:及时消除有害机械波是提高产品质量和生产效率的有效手段。The calculation method and instance analyses of mechanical wave in cotton spinning were dis- cussed. The common calculation methods for mechanical wave like velocity method, transmission ratio method, drafting multiple method and so on were analyzed. Moreover,the mechanical waves caused By special reasons like roving winding periodic wave, mechanical waves formed for synchronized toothed belt,middle roller and rubber a- pron,coiling wave were analyzed. It was pointed out that the forming position of the mechanical waves could be calculated by analyzing the test results of evenness tester, which is helpful to find the machine defects in time. Then the processing could be quickly improved, the machine condition could be adjusted, the sudden yarn defects could be efficiently reduced, the evenness uniformity could be improved, yarn quality could be ensured and each process in spinning could be under control. Meanwhile, the maintaining of equipment should be paid attention to and lhe problems like fake weave, harmonic wave, and hidden wave etc. should be distinguished correctly. It is considered that eliminating the harmful mechanical wave quickly is an effective measure to improve product quali- ty and production efficiency.
