摘 要:探讨细纱车间采用间接蒸发冷却技术的降温冷却及节能效果。针对细纱车间工艺回风量大,温度高的特点,以某细纱车间夏季空气处理过程为例,分析对比了工艺回风直接回用、车间工艺排风进行间接蒸发冷却处理后回用、深井水空调使用后的排水直接进行喷淋3种方案,对车间工艺排风进行间接蒸发冷却处理后回用的降温及节能效果。结果显示,3种方案中采用空调回水直接在二次侧喷淋,降温效果更佳,节约制冷量可达59.6%。认为:夏季高温高湿的条件下,间接蒸发冷却处理的降温及节能效果显著;喷淋采用温度较低的空调回水比循环水降温效果更好。The cooling and energy saving effect for using indirect evaporative cooler technology in spinning workshop were discussed. Aimed at the characteristics of larger volume retain air and higher temperature in spinning workshop, the air treatment process for some spinning workshop in summer was taken as an example. The cooling and energy saving effect by reusing process exhaust air in workshop after indirect evaporative cooling treatments for three schemes were analyzed and compared. The schemes included direct reusing of processing re- turn air,reusing processing exhaust air in workshop after indirect evaporative cooling and treatments and directly spraying the drain away water from deep well after used by air condition. The test results showed that the cooling effect for secondary side spraying of air-condition return water is the best among the three schemes. The cooling capacity saving was up to 59.6%. It is considered that the cooling and energy saving effect of indirect evaporative cooling treatment is the most obvious in the condition of higher temperature and higher humidity in summer. The cooling effect for using return water and circulating water of air-condition at lower temperature through spraying is better.
