摘  要:探讨Coolmax棉混纺纱的生产工艺和质量管理措施。工艺设计方面,合理降低清棉各主要打手速度,梳棉梳理元件做到"四锋一准",采用四道并条工艺,合理选择粗纱捻系数,优化纺纱牵伸分配、优选细纱胶辊,合理设置络筒清纱和捻接工艺;生产管理方面,控制好车间温湿度,严格按照清洁周期和操作法执行,试验室做好指标测试和反馈工作,最终顺利生产出Coolmax/棉80/20 13.1tex纱。认为:通过优化工艺设计和强化生产管理,可以保证成纱质量符合后道工序使用要求。Production technology and quality management measures of coolmax and cotton blended yarn were discussed. In aspect of process design, the speeds of main beaters in picking process were reasonably reduced. Card clothing sharping and precise gauge were reached for the key carding elements. Four drawing processes were adopted. The twist factor of roving was suitable selected. The drawing distribution in spinning and the rubber-covered roll were optimized. The winding,cleaning and twisting process were well set. In production management aspect,the temperature & humidity of workshop were well controlled. The cleaning period and operation method were executed seriously. Index testing and feedback work were well done in laboratory. The Coolmax fiber/cotton 80/20 13. 1 tex yarn was successfully spun in the end. It is considered that the quality of yarn produced is ensured to meet the usage requirement in the back processing by optimizing the process design and strengthening the production management.
