摘  要:总结全棉色织表里换层小提花织物的设计过程。以全棉色织表里换层小提花织物11.7/11.7512/433 148.6为例,选用5种颜色的经纱和纬纱。采用"下接上"的接结方式,在织物表面形成小提花;选用整浆联合工艺、低温上浆、低聚合度浆料;织机采用低车速、早开口、低后梁工艺,有效地解决了产品生产过程中的技术问题,取得了较好的经济效益。认为:设计的织物可用于春秋季的服装面料或者作为窗帘织物。The design process of pure cotton surface & inner layer exchange mini-jacquard fabric with yarndyed weaving was summarized. 11.7/11.7 512/433 118.6 pure cotton surface &. inner layer exchange mini-jacquard fabrics were taken as example. Five colors warp and weft in were selected. The joint method of down jointing up was adopted to form mini jacquard on the surface of fabrics. Warping-sizing unit process,sizing at lower temperature, size mixture with lower polymerization degree were used. The process of lower running speed, earlier shed, lower back rest were chosen on the looms. The technology problems during production were solved efficient ly and better economic benefit was achieved. It is considered the fabric designed can be used as garment fabrics in spring & autunm or curtain fabrics.
