补肾通痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾通痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:按照随机抛硬币法将96例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为2组各48例。对照组采用牵引、理疗等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾通痹汤治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价2组治疗前、治疗4周及12周后腰腿疼痛情况;采用日本矫形学会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分分别评价患者治疗前、治疗4周及12周后腰椎功能及行走、活动功能;统计2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗4周及12周后,2组VAS评分及ODI评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),JOA评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05);且治疗12周后各项指标评分低于治疗4周时(P<0.05),JOA评分高于治疗4周时(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率93.75%,高于对照组82.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用补肾通痹汤综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可明显减轻其腰腿疼痛,改善其行走及活动功能。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tongbi tang in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Divided 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation into two groups according to random coin toss method,48 cases in each.The control group was given the therapy of distraction and physical therapy.The treatment group was given Bushen Tongbi tang based on the treatment of the control group.Evaluated state of lumbocrural pain of the two groups with visual analogue scale（VAS） before and after four weeks and twelve weeks of treatment;detected lumbar function,walking and activity function of patients with lumbar disease treatment score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）,and Oswestry Disability Index（ODI）score,before and after four weeks and twelve weeks of treatment;analyzed the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups.Result：After four weeks and twelve weeks of treatment,scores of VAS and ODI of the two groups were both decreased（P〈0.05）,JOA scores were increased（P〈0.05）.After twelve weeks of treatment,all indexes were lower than those on the fourth week（P〈0.05）,JOA scores were higher than those on the fourth week（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,being higher than the 82.22%of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Tongbi tang can significantly relieve lumbocruralpain,and improve walking and activity function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
