辨证分期中药内服-熏洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辨证分期中药内服-熏洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折术后的临床疗效。方法:将桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的患者80例随机分为2组各40例,2组均采用复位钢板固定的手术方法,而观察组在此基础上,术后加用辨证分期中药内服-熏洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为95.00%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组均安全度过围手术期,没有1例出现切口感染等不良反应,骨折均一期愈合,平均愈合时间(4.12±0.43)月,平均住院时间(12.23±1.89)天,术后随访1年,未发生脱位,功能恢复满意。与对照组比较,观察组的不良反应发生情况、一期愈合率、愈合时间、住院时间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证分期中药内服-熏洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床效果较佳,能够有效提高患者的生存质量和生活自理能力。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of herbal oral administration-fumigation washing therapy according to syndrome differentiation combined with joint function exercises in treating patients with unstable distal radial fractures after operation.Methods：Divided 80 cases of patients into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group.The operative method of reduction plate fixation was given to both groups,and the observation group received additional treatment of herbal oral administration-fumigation washing therapy after operation.Observed the clinical effect in both groups.Results：The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 75.00%in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group safely passed the perioperative period and there was no adverse reaction such as incision infection.In the observation group,fractures were all healed at first stage,the mean healing time was（4.12 ± 0.43） months,and the hospitalization time was（12.23±1.89） days.The postoperative follow-up of 1 year revealed that there was no dislocation and the recovery of function in the observation group was satisfying.Incidence of adverse reaction,healing rate at first stage,healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significant in differences（P〈0.05）,comparing with those in the control group.Conclusion：The treatment of herbal oral administration-fumigation washing therapy according to syndrome differentiation combined with joint function exercises for patients with unstable distal radial fractures after operation has better curative effect,and it can effectively improve quality of life and self-care abilities.
