四物颗粒治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四物颗粒治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将黄褐斑患者120例随机分为2组各60例,治疗组给予四物颗粒及维生素C、还原性谷胱苷肽治疗;对照组仅给予维生素C和还原性谷胱苷肽治疗。2组均以30天为1疗程,2疗程后进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率78.3%,对照组总有效率43.3%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四物颗粒治疗黄褐斑临床效果好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Siwu granules in treating patients with chloasma.Methods：Divided120 cases of patients with chloasma into 2 groups randomly,60 cases in each group.The treatment group received the treatment of Siwu granules,vitamin C and glutathione,and the control group only received the treatment of vitamin C and glutathione.Both groups received treatment for 30 days as a course.Evaluated the clinical effect after two courses.Results：The total effective rate was 78.3%in the treatment group and 43.35%in the control group.The curative effect in the treatment group was betterthan that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Siwu granules for patients with chloasma has good clinical effect.
