百癣夏塔热胶囊联合青霉素治疗急性点滴型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百癣夏塔热胶囊联合青霉素治疗急性点滴型银屑病临床疗效。方法:将90例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组各45例。治疗组采用百癣夏塔热胶囊联合青霉素治疗,对照组给予复方青黛胶囊口服,2组均给予凡士林软膏外用。治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效,根据银屑病皮疹面积与严重性指数(PASI)对2组评分,统计不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组82.2%,对照组57.8%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.40,P<0.05)。治疗后2组PASI评分均比治疗前有下降(治疗组和对照组的t值分别为3.272和2.812,P<0.01),且治疗组PASI评分下降程度大于对照组(t=2.253,P<0.05)。结论:百癣夏塔热胶囊联合青霉素治疗急性点滴型银屑病有较好疗效,且不良反应少,安全有效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Baixian Xiatare capsules combined with penicillin for acute guttate psoriasis.Methods：Divided 90 cases of patients who were complied to standards into two groups randomly,45 cases in each group.The treatment group received the treatment of Baixian Xiatare capsules combined with penicillin,and the control group were given Qingdai capsules orally.Both groups were given vaseline ointment for external application.Treatment for 4 weeks.Observed the clinical effect in both groups,scored two groups according to psoriasis rash area and severity index（PASI）,and collected adverse reactions.Results：The total effective rate was 82.2%in the treatment group and 57.8%in the control group,the difference being significance（χ^2=6.40,P〈0.05）.After treatment,PASI scores in both groups were declined（t value in the treatment group and the control group being respectively 3.272 and 2.812,P〈0.01）,and the decreased degree of PASI scores in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group（t=2.253,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Baixian Xiatare capsule combined with penicillin for acute guttate psoriasis has good effect,little adverse reaction,and it is safe and effective.
