桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法:将112例慢性盆腔炎的患者随机分为2组,对照组给予左氧氟沙星进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊。2组均连续治疗3疗程,观察2组的临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应等。结果:经治疗后,总有效率对照组为71.4%,治疗组为96.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.027,P<0.05)。经治疗后,2组的健康状况均明显改善,WHOQOL-BREF评分较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05);但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为26.8%,治疗组不良反应发生率为25.0%,2组不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左氧氟沙星用于治疗慢性盆腔炎,可显著改善患者的生活质量,提高临床治疗效果,且不良反应较小。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with levofloxacin in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods：Selected 112 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation,and divided them into two groups randomly.The control group was given the therapy of levofloxacin,the treatment group was given the therapy of Guizhi Fuling capsule based on the treatment of the control group.Treatment both last for 3 courses.Observed clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.4%and 71.4%in the treatment group and the control group respectively,the difference being significant（χ^2=7.027,P〈0.05）.After treatment,health status of the two groups were obviously improved.Compared World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale（WHOQOL-BREF） with before treatment,the difference in both groups were significant（P〈0.05）.The improvement situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction was 26.8%and25.0%in the control group and the treatment group,respectively,the difference showing no significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with levofloxacin can improve quality of life,and improve clinical effect with little adverse reaction in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.
