耳穴压豆辅助治疗IBS-D伴焦虑状态临床疗效及护理要点

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆辅助治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)伴焦虑状态的临床疗效及护理要点。方法:选取60例IBS-D患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组及对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理干预,观察组在对照组常规治疗和护理基础上加用耳穴压豆辅助治疗,疗程均为6~9天。观察2组治疗前后临床症状、体征及焦虑状态的改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.33%,对照组治疗总有效率80.00%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);观察组的HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴压豆辅助治疗IBS-D伴焦虑状态患者,能进一步改善其临床症状、体征和焦虑状况。Objective：To observe clinical effect and nursing points of adjuvant treatment of pressing ear acupoints with beans on cliarrhea type-irritable bowel syndrome（IBS-D） merged anxiety state.Methods：Selected 60 patients with IBS-D,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,30 cases in each.A course of treatment was 6 to 9days.The control group was given conventional therapy and nursing intervention,the observation group was given adjuvant treatment of pressing ear acupoints with beans based on conventional therapy and nursing.Observed improvement of clinical symptoms,sign and anxiety state of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 93.33%and 80.00%in the observation group and the control group respectively,the differences between the two groups being significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,compared hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） scores of the two groups,there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,HAMA scores in both groups were decreased（P〈0.01 compared with those before treatment）.HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Adjuvant treatment of pressing ear acupoints with beans can improve clinical symptom,sign and anxiety state in patients with IBS-D merged anxiety state.
