我院2013～2015年调血脂药物利用分析与评价

摘　　要：目的通过对医院降血脂类药物的应用分析,为临床上合理应用降血脂药物提供参考。方法对医院2013年1月-2015年12月调血脂药物使用数量、消售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及构成比进行统计、分析。结果 2013~2015年阿托伐他汀钙片(立普妥)销售金额居调脂药的首位,并且逐年显著增加,中成药的DDDs逐年下降。结论我院调血脂药的使用情况基本合理,但也存在临床上对调脂药认识不足和使用不合理的现象。Objective To investigate the application status of antilipemic agents in hospital and provide basis forclinical treatment. Methods The amount of blood lipid regulating drugs,consumption amount,frequency of use（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC） and the proportion in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2015,the amount of atorvastatin statins calcium（ lipitor） sales ranking the first drug to lipid,and significantly increased year by year,the Chinese medicine DDDs decreased year by year. Conclusion The use of lipid- lowering drug in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are also clinical lack of understanding of lipid- lowering drugs and the use of unreasonable phenomenon.
