摘 要:目的评价利用腿尾固定法建立SD雄性大鼠废用性骨质疏松症模型。方法将3月龄雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组(10只)、实验组(20只),对照组为不作任何处理,正常饲养。实验组进行SD大鼠右后肢腿尾固定,每日碘伏消毒腿尾固定部位,两组大鼠普通饲料喂养4w后在双能X线骨密度仪下测量大鼠双侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量。结果饲养4w后,对照组大鼠左、右股骨骨密度和骨矿含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组左侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量高于右侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与实验组大鼠左侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组大鼠右侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量高于实验组右侧股骨骨密度与骨矿含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腿尾固定法固定4w能有效造成大鼠骨质疏松,腿尾固定法是有效的建立雄性SD大鼠废用性骨质疏松症模型的方法。Objective To establish and evaluate the model of disuse osteoporosis in male SD rat by limb tail fixation. Methods 30 male SD rats of 3 month old were randomly divided into control group (10) and ex- perimental group (20). The control group without any treatment and normal feeding. In the experimental group, the right hindlimb of the SD rats was fixed. Rats in the experimental group were treated with io dophor daily. Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content (BMD) of bilateral femur were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (BMD) in rats fed with normal diet for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of feeding, the left and right femur bone mineral density and bone mineral content of the control group bad no significant difference (P〉0.05); in the experimental group, the left femur bone mineral density and bone mineral content were higher than the right femur bone mineral density and bone mineral content, showed significantly different (P (0.05); in the control group and the experimental group, the density and bone mineral content in the left femur bone mineral showed no significant difference (〉0.05) while In the control group, the femoral bone mineral density and bone mineral content in the right femur were higher than those in the experimental group, ,which showed significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of limb-tail fixation for 4 weeks could effectively induce osteoporosis in rats, and this was an effective method to establish the model of disuse osteoporosis in male SD rats.
