摘  要:为了推动油菜高光效育种工作的进展,实现以"高光效+杂优利用"途径来突破油菜30多年来产量水平长期徘徊不前的局面,总结了大豆、小麦、水稻等作物光合生理和高光效育种工作进展,结合本研究团队10多年对油菜进行光合生理和高光效育种研究的工作基础,以作物光合性状的遗传规律、影响光合效率的相关生理指标、提高光合效率的方法途径为切入点,提出了开展油菜光合生理研究应开展的相关基础研究、高光效种质筛选的方法途径和高光效育种的思路和方法。The aims were to promote the research of rapeseed high photosynthetic efficiency breeding, and break through the stagnant situation of rapeseed production level for more than 30 years by using "high photosynthetic efficiency + heterosis utilization". In this paper, the work progress of photosynthetic physiology and high photosynthetic efficiency breeding of soybean, wheat, rice and other crops were summarized. Combined with our research for more than 10 years in rapeseed photosynthetic physiological and high photosynthetic efficiency breeding, and taking the genetic law of crop photosynthetic traits, the related physiological indexes influencing efficiency of photosynthesis, and the pathway of improving the efficiency of photosynthetic as the breakthrough points, the authors proposed to conduct relative basic research on rape photosynthetic physiology, ways for screening germplasm resources with high photosynthetic efficiency, and thoughts and methods for breeding new variety with high photosynthetic efficiency.
