摘　　要：图书馆科研服务工作历年是高校学科发展的关键环节,本文以38所教育部直属高校图书馆为研究对象,构建高校图书馆科研服务投入产出指标体系,运用SE-CCR模型和DEA-CCR模型对服务效率进行评价。结果表明,经济较为发达的东部地区高校图书馆科研服务效率尚佳,超效率DEA模型测度江南大学图书馆科研服务效率值最高,规模效率是制约技术效率改善的主要原因,在此基础上提出加强高校图书馆科研服务的建议。The library research service is the key link of university development,the paper chose the 38 colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education Library as the research object,constructed the service of university library,the research input- output index system,using SE- CCR model and DEA- CCR model of service efficiency evaluation. The results showed that the research of university library service efficiency of the eastern region more developed economies was still good,scientific research service efficiency super efficiency model to measure Library of Jiangnan University was best,scale efficiency was the main reason for restricting the improvement of technical efficiency,on the basis of strengthening the service of University library research proposals.
