摘　　要：在研究国内科技创新智库建设现状和特点的基础上,阐述了科技创新智库的内涵和本质,分析了科技创新智库的信息需求及信息资源保障体系建设的必要性。运用文献调研法和案例分析法,明确科技创新智库信息资源保障机制和构建原则的基础上,从宏观、中观和微观3个层面探索建立和完善发展具有中国特色的科技创新智库信息保障体系。对推动科技创新智库的信息资源保障能力和保障体系建设具有积极意义。In the domestic construction of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,based on the study of the status and characteristics,this paper expounded the connotation and the essence of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,analyzed the information needs of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,and the necessity of information resource guarantee system construction. Literature research method and case analysis method,was clear about science and technology innovation,a think- tank,on the basis of the information resources guarantee mechanism and principle of building,from the macro,meso and micro three levels to explore to establish and perfect the scientific and technological innovation of development with Chinese characteristics,a think- tank,the information security system. To promote scientific and technological innovation,a think- tank,information resources guarantee ability and guarantee system construction had positive significance.
