摘  要:介绍了光谱吸收法检测技术基本原理,采用SLED光源、自聚焦透镜对、光谱仪构建水分检测系统并进行实验研究,通过建立光衰减强度与水分含量之间的关系曲线的方法进行水分测定,该水分检测系统对相对湿度在范围30%~90%内,分辨力为0.5%RH,为更好地提高光纤光谱吸收气体检测系统的精度,并为实际的应用打下良好基础。The basic principle for determination of absorption spectrum detection technology was introduced in this paper. Moisture detection system was composed of SLED light, Self - focusing lens and spectrograph which was used to experimental research. Moisture content was measured by the relation curve between attenuation strength and moisture content. The moisture detection system of relative humidity was applied in the range of 30% - 90%, resolution for 0.5% RH. It laid a good foundation for the practical application and improving the optical absorption spectrum of the gas detection system accuracy.
