摘 要:数控车轮车床是铁路行业修理铁路机车车辆必不可少的一种设备。由于缺少相关监管机制,操作者在使用数控车轮车床时,为了赶时间,经常使用大进给量进行车削操作,严重缩短了数控车床传动系统及刀具的使用寿命。文章设计了一套智能化的控制系统,采用单片机检测主电机电流的方式,对数控车轮车床运行时的进给量进行实时监测,并在进给量过大时起到报警提示,严重时,切断车床工作电源的功能。智能控制系统杜绝了操作人员的违规操作,提升了车床丝杠机构及刀具的使用寿命。CNC wheel lathe is an indispensable equipment in the railway industry to repair the railway locomotive and rolling stock.Due to the lack of relevant regulatory mechanism,the operator in the use of CNC wheel lathe, in order to catch the time, often use large feed turning operation,which greatly reduces transmission system of the CNC lathe and the tool life.This paper designed an intelligent control system, single chip to detect the main motor current,real-time monitoring of feed CNC wheel lathe operation,and the feed rate was too large to alarm,eutted off the power supply function of lathe work seriously.The ntelligent control system eliminates the operator's illegal operation, and enhances the lathe screw mechanism and tool life.
