摘  要:针对国内传统含水监测仪不适用于低渗透油藏多段压裂水平井的分段流量测试,设计了水平井井下射线式含水监测仪。设计上充分考虑水平井井眼轨迹限制、结垢、结蜡及防腐蚀技术性能,利用同位素法测量原理,实现对井液流体非接触式测量,确保仪器井下复杂工况下工作的长期稳定性和可靠性。现场试验结果表明,该水平井含水监测仪克服了常规的含水监测仪因水包油或油包水等因素造成的测量范围小,非线性误差大的不足,提高了水平井找水的效率和准确性。The conventional domestic water monitor does not apply to multistage flow test for horizontal wells of low permeability oil reservoirs after multistage fracturing,a downhole ray type water monitor is designed. In its design the horizontal well trajectory constraints,scaling,wax precipitation and anticorrosion performance are taken into consideration,the isotope measurement method is used to do the measurement without contact with wellbore liquid,ensuring the instrument 's long-term stability and reliability under the complicated downhole conditions. The field test results show it has overcome the disadvantages of narrow measurement range and the large nonlinear errors of conventional water monitors caused by oil-in-water or water-inoil factors,the efficiency and accuracy of water location in horizontal wells is improved.
