气流输送集排式排种器试验台的设计

摘　　要：针对播种机田间试验容易受到季节、地点、成本、周期等因素限制的问题,设计一台气流输送集排式排种器试验台。该试验台主要由排种系统、一阶气流分配系统、传动系统、排种控制系统和监测系统五大部分组成。排种器由步进电机驱动,通过输入排种量与机组速度,实现播量的控制;将高亮度发光二极管安装到排种管内以实现对排种器工作过程的实时监测。试验结果表明,该试验台总排量稳定性变异系数小于1.2%,伤种率小于0.5%,排种量与外槽轮工作长度呈线性关系,当褶皱管长度为20cm时各行排量一致性效果达到最佳。Aiming at the constraint problems of field experiment like season,location,cost,period,and so on,a test-bed of centralized pneumatic seed metering device was designed.The test-bed is mainly composed of seed metering system,one-step distributing system of airflow,transmission system,control system and monitoring system.Seed-metering device is driven by the stepping motor,after inputting the weight of seed and unit speed,sowing quantity can be controlled.Real-time monitoring is realized by installing high brightness LED in the seed tube.Experimental results show that variation coefficient of the total output stability is less than 1.2%,the breakage rate of seed is less than 0.5%.Weight of seed metering is liner with the working length of outer groove-wheel,and the output consistency of all rows achieve the best performance when the length of corrugated pipe is 20 cm.
