摘　　要：随着我国农机产品不断走出国门,了解农机产品国际合格评定制度、标准技术要求等,是每一个农机生产企业可能面临的新要求。通过介绍欧盟CE标志制度的技术法规体系,研究植保机械产品适用的产品指令、协调标准和合格评定程序等要求,希望对国内植保机械生产企业获得CE标志有所帮助。同时,结合我国植保机械生产企业现状,对CE标志制度提供的不同合格评定模式进行分析,提出应对CE标志技术性贸易壁垒的措施对策。With the increasing exports of Chinese agricultural machinery,understanding the international conformity assessment system and standardized technical requirements have become the new need of each agricultural machinery enterprises.Technical regulations of CE marking system are introduced in this paper,and then,directives,harmonized standard and conformity assessment procedures are researched,which may help the domestic manufacturers get the CE marking.Meanwhile,combining with the producing status of Chinese plant protection machinery enterprises,different assessment modes of CE marking system are analyzed,thus,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to dealing with the technical trade barriers of CE marking.
