摘 要:针对摩擦材料增强纤维研究现状,选用剑麻纤维作为增强相,并运用模糊综合评价方法分析了摩擦磨损性能试验结果。结果表明:随着摩擦盘温度升高,摩擦因数整体呈下降趋势,配方s2摩擦因数衰退率最小,仅为18.8%;当温度低于300℃时,磨损率随温度上升而增加;当盘温超过150℃时,摩擦因数随着剑麻纤维含量的增加而增大,当剑麻纤维含量达到6wt.%时,摩擦因数达到了最大值;当纤维含量低于6wt.%,磨损率随着纤维含量的增加呈现先增大后减小趋势,当温度为300℃左右时,磨损率出现最大值,当纤维含量超过9wt.%时,磨损率随着纤维含量增加则一直呈上升趋势;模糊综合评价法表明,配方s2的摩擦磨损性能较好。According to research status of reinforced fiber,sisal fiber was selected as the reinforcement for friction materials,and then,friction and wear performance were analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that friction coefficients decrease with the rising temperature of friction disc,the friction coefficient fading least in formulation s2 as 18.8%.When the temperature is lower than 300℃,wear rate raises with the increasing temperature.When the temperature is over 150℃,the friction coefficient enlarges with the increasing content of sisal fiber.Friction coefficients achieve the maximum value as the sisal fiber is 6wt.%.In the case of the content less than 6wt.%,wear rate firstly increases to the maximum value at 300℃,and then decreases with the increasing content of sisal fiber.When fiber content is more than 9wt.%,wear rate appears advancing trend with the increasing content of sisal fiber.Formulation s2 performs better friction and wear properties in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
