摘 要:政府推出多项旨在提升建筑工人的技能培训政策,但是建筑工人参加技能培训意愿很低。基于192份样本,采用Logistic法研究建筑工人的年龄、文化程度、工作年限、技术等级、日工资收入、技能学成时间、技能获取途径和参加技能培训经历对其参加技能培训意愿的影响。结果表明,文化程度、技术等级和技能学成时间显著影响建筑工人参加技能培训的意愿,年龄、工作年限、日工资收入、技能获取途径和参加培训经历对建筑工人技能培训意愿有直接影响,但不显著。The Chinese government has issued policies to improve construction workers' skills. However, these workers are unwilling to attend these training activities. The paper interviews 192 construction workers concerning age, education, work seniority, technological level, daily wages, apprenticeship duration, apprentice channels, and training experience, uses Logistic method to analyze the influencing factors of construction workers' willingness to attend training courses. Results show that, the education, technological level, and apprenticeship duration significantly affect construction workers' willingness to attend vocational training, the age, working seniority, daily wage, apprentice channels, and training experience have a direct impact on the willingness of construction workers' skills training, but not significant.
