营利组织参与大型保障房社区公共服务供给的驱动和阻碍因素研究

摘　　要：对参与大型保障房社区公共服务供给的营利组织进行问卷调查,并对受访者参与供给的"经营意愿"进行多项Logistic回归,发现经营形式是受访者继续经营的阻碍因素,经营时间、优惠政策、整体感觉和投资回收期则是驱动因素。最后,提出促进营利组织参与大型保障房社区公共服务供给的对策建议。This paper carries out a questionnaire survey on for-profit organizations participating in the public services provision in large-scale affordable housing communities, applies the Multinomial Logistic Regression method to probe the operating willingness, shows that operating style is the obstructive factor, while operating time, preferential policies, overall feeling and investment payback period are driving factors. In the end, proposes the corresponding suggestions to promote the for-profit organizations participating in the public services provision in large-scale affordable housing communities.
