摘  要:以素心蜡梅幼嫩叶片和茎段为试材,进行了组织培养及其体外植株再生技术的研究,为其快速繁殖及工厂化生产奠定基础。结果表明:素心蜡梅的茎段为适宜的外植体,其愈伤组织、芽和根诱导的最适培养基分别为MS+0.1mg·L^(-1) NAA+2.0mg·L^(-1) 6-BA、MS+0.7mg·L^(-1) NAA+2.0mg·L^(-1) 6-BA和1/2MS+0.1mg·L^(-1) NAA。Young stem segments and leaves of Chimonanthus praecoxcv.Luteus were used as materia1 s.A study was conducted on the technology of tissue culture and in vitro plantlet regeneration to provide references for the quick propagation and factory production of Chimonanthuspraecox cv.Luteus.The results showed that stem segment was the appropriate explant,and its appropriate media for callus induction,shoot induction and rooting induction were MS+0.1mg·L^-1 NAA+2.0mg·L^-1 6-BA,MS+0.7mg·L^-1 NAA+2.0mg·L^-1 6-BA and 1/2MS+0.1mg·L^-1 NAA,respectively.
