摘 要:目的了解深圳市某辖区安装集中空调通风系统的公共场所气传真菌污染状况及种群特点。方法选取辖区内各类安装有集中空调通风系统的公共场所93处,在其空调送风口附近采样,真菌培养计数后对生长出来的真菌进行分类鉴定。结果公共场所真菌污染率100%,真菌菌落范围在7~2.3×10~3cfu/m^3之间,超标率为17.20%。其中医疗机构超标率最高,为30%。共鉴定出18属792株真菌,优势菌群以青霉属(29.65%)为主,其次是曲霉属(19.22%)、酵母菌属(15.58%)和芽枝菌属(14.57%)。结论辖区内公共场所存在一定程度的气传真菌污染,医疗机构污染情况更为突出,应加强公共场所空调通风系统的定期清洗、消毒处理以及卫生学监测。Objective To study the pollution of airborne fungal mycoflora in centered air-conditioning in public places of a district, Shenzhen. Methods Samples were collected from outlets of ventilating systems of centered air-conditioning in 93 public places. The fungi in samples were counted and identified after cultivation. Results In these public places, the polluted rate of fungi was 100%. And the count of Fungal colony was 7-2.3×10^3cfu/m3, with a exceeding rate of 17.20%. The exceeding rate of medical institutions was the highest, 30%. A total of 792 strains of fungi in 18 groups were detected. The dominant genus was Penicillium(29.65% of the total), followed by Aspergillus(19.22% of the total), Saccharomycodes(15.58% of the total) and Cladosporium(14.57% of the total). Conclusion The pollution of fungus is a severe problem in the public places, especially in medical institutions. Therefore, periodic cleaning and disinfecting ventilating systems and hygienic surveillance should be strengthened to prevent the public places from fungal pollution.
