摘 要:从浙江某规模猪场分别采集不同日龄商品猪口腔液与血清样本,应用实时定量PCR和ELISA方法,分别检测2种体液中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的抗原和抗体水平,并分析其消长规律。结果提示:2种病毒各自的特异性抗体在口腔液和血清中的消长规律基本一致。相比血清,口腔液中的母源抗体存续时间更长(3周),主动免疫后产生特异性抗体的时间则更晚(3周)。口腔液中PRRSV和PCV2的感染动态规律,与血清和口腔液抗体的消长规律也具有很好的相关性,在出现病毒感染高峰后,血清和口腔液特异性抗体转阳,其中血清抗体的转阳反应更为迅速(3周)。本研究为进一步发展猪群口腔液检测系统提供了临床依据。In order to investigate pathogen and antibody dynamics of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus( PRRSV) and porcine circovirus type 2( PCV2) infection,both serum and oral fluid of pigs with the different ages from a large-scale pig farm were collected and tested. Both pathogens showed the similar antibody dynamic pattern in serum and oral fluid samples. Compared to serum samples,the viral specific maternal antibody lasted about 3 weeks longer than that in oral fluid samples; however active immune response antibody appeared 3 weeks later in oral fluid samples. PRRSV and PCV2 infection in oral fluid had a good correlation with thedynamics of antibody in serum and oral fluid samples. After the emergence of the peak of virus infection,the two viral antibody positive conversions occurred in serum and oral fluid samples,and the seroconversion was 3 weeks earlier in serum than that in oral fluid samples. This study provides a basis for development of oral fluid detection system.
