新疆职业人群精神心理健康与职业倦怠的研究

摘　　要：目的了解新疆地区职业人群的心理健康的水平和工作倦怠的程度,分析其影响因素。方法在新疆某地区采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,随机抽取2 013名年龄>18岁的职业人群(工人、教师、军人、公务员及医务人员)为调查对象,采用一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)和职业倦怠问卷(BMI)进行流行病学调查。结果不同职业人群GHQ-20阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、民族、工龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、月收入人群GHQ-20阳性检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);人口学资料显示,不同民族、职业、工龄、文化程度、婚姻和收入人群职业倦怠比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);一般健康问卷筛选出的心理障碍阳性组在职业倦怠的不同维度与阴性组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆地区职业人群的职业倦怠情况较为严重,精神心理健康相对较差,应对其提供有效的干预措施。Objective To understand the levels and the influencing factors of job burnout and mental health in occupational populations in Xinjiang.Methods Multi stage cluster sampling method was used in one area of Xinjiang Province.2013 occupational people over age 18（workers,teachers,soldiers civil servants and medical staff）was randomly sampled as the investigation objectives,and general health questionnaire（GHQ-20）and Occupation Burnout Questionnaire（BMI）were employed for the epidemiological survey.ResultsThere was statistically significant difference of the GHQ-20 positive rate among the different occupational populations（P〈0.05）.But no difference was found in different gender,nationality,age,educational degree,marriage status,monthly income of the GHQ-20 positive rate（PP〉0.05）.,It was found that there was statistically significant difference of the occupation burnout in different nationality,occupation,age,educational degree,marriage and income（P〈0.05）.The different dimensions of occupation burnout in the positive group of psychological barrier screened by general health questionnaire was statistically significant compared to that in the negative group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The situation of job burnout in occupational populations in Xinjiang is more serious,and the mental health is relatively poor.We should pay more attention to provides effective intervention measures to deal with.
