摘 要:以某汽车中地板为例,针对其拉延成形中容易出现起皱和破裂的问题,采用正交试验设计结合有限元软件的方法优化工艺参数方案。以起皱趋势函数和最大减薄率作为目标函数,分段式的拉延筋阻力系数和压边力作为参数进行优化,最终得到优化的参数组合为:K1=0.2、K2=0.4、K3=0.2、K4=0.6、F=1.2 MN。并通过模拟比较和实际试模验证,该优化方法生产的产品表面质量良好,减薄率在合格产品允许范围内,经济效益显著。Taking the medium floor of automobile as an example,to solve the problem of wrinkling and crack during drawing process,the process parameters were optimized by using the orthogonal experiment and finite element software. The wrinkling tendency function and the maximum thinning rate were taken as the objective functions. The resistance coefficient of the drawbead and blank holder force were taken as the optimized parameters. Finally,the results were obtained by using the proposed method. The optimized parameter combinations are as follows:K1=0.2,K2=0.4,K3=0.2,K4=0.6,F=1.2 MN. Through the comparison of the simulation and the actual die tryout,it can be concluded that the final part has good surface quality,and the thinning rate of the part meets the thickness requirement. So it can make significant benefits to tools manufacture.
