摘　　要：随着欧美等发达国家贸易壁垒高企和我国一带一路战略的实施,引导国内LED产能对接新兴国家日益增长的照明市场意义重大。本文将从标准和认证两方面分析俄罗斯、印度、巴西、南非和沙特阿拉伯等新兴国家LED照明产品准入要求,并提出了解准入要求、提升产品质量、加强国际合作等建议,以期服务出口企业开拓新兴市场。With the rising trade barriers in Europe and the United States and other developed countries, as well as the implementing of One Belt and One Road strategy in China, it is of great significance to guiding domestic production capacity to cooperate with the increasing LED light markets in emerging countries. This article analyzes the LED lighting product access requirements in Russia, India, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and other emerging countries from two aspects of standard and certification, and puts forward some advice such as understanding access requirements, improving the quality of product, enhancing international cooperation and so on, in order to provide reference for serving export enterprises and exploring emerging markets.
