摘  要:目的比较农村妇女宫颈癌筛查出的宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织标本中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因型分布情况及其临床意义。方法采用聚合酶链式反应和基因芯片检测技术对20份宫颈正常组织标本、235份CINⅠ级、136份CINⅡ级和137份CINⅢ级组织标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,并对受检者进行相关资料分析。结果宫颈正常组织检出HPV感染者2例,HPV感染率为10.00%(2/20);CINⅠ组织检出HPV感染者102例,HPV感染率为43.40%(102/235);CINⅡ组织检出HPV感染者110例,HPV感染率为80.88%(110/136);CINⅢ组织检出HPV感染者126例,HPV感染率为91.97%(126/137)。结论聚合酶链式反应与基因芯片检测技术可应用于CIN组织标本,一次可检测23种HPV基因型别,对我国农村女性CIN的HPV感染基因型分布研究,宫颈癌的防治及其疫苗的研发具有十分重要的意义。Objective To compare the distributions of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection genotypes in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) among the rural women during cervical cancer screening and its clinical significance.Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and gene chip technology were used to detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in 20 cases with normal cervical tissue,235 cases with CINⅠ,136 cases with CINⅡ,and 137 cases with CINⅢ,the data of all the cases was analyzed.Results Among the cases with normal cervical tissue,2 cases were found with HPV infection,the rate was 10.00%(2/20);among the cases with CINⅠ,102 cases were found with HPV infection,the rate was 43.40%(102/235);among the cases with CINⅡ,110 cases were found with HPV infection,the rate was80.88%(110/136);among the cases with CINⅢ,126 cases were found with HPV infection,the rate was 91.97%(126/137).Conclusion PCR and gene chip technology can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in CIN specimens,which are of important significance in studying the distribution of HPV infection genotypes in CIN among rural women,preventing and treating cervical cancer,and developing HPV vaccine.
