摘  要:目的探讨一体化管理模式对哮喘患儿的情绪障碍、自我意识及生活质量方面的改善效果,为临床治疗和管理儿童哮喘提供依据。方法选取40例哮喘患儿,实施一体化管理模式(医院-社区-家庭-学校),分别于干预前和干预后6个月对哮喘患儿进行情绪障碍、自我意识及生活质量方面的量表评价,比较哮喘患儿干预前后的效果。结果干预后的焦虑、抑郁、行为等情绪障碍评分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群、幸福与满足等评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能等评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论实施一体化管理,可明显改善患儿的情绪障碍,提高自我意识和生活质量,能够达到哮喘患儿管理和控制的目的,值得推广。Objective To explore the improving effect of integrated management mode on emotional disorder,self-consciousness and life quality of children with bronchial asthma,provide a basis for clinical treatment and management of children with bronchial asthma.Methods Forty children with bronchial asthma were selected,then integrated management mode( hospital- community-family-school) was carried out,a questionnaire was used to evaluate emotional disorder,self-consciousness and life quality of these children before intervention and after six months of intervention. The effects between before and after intervention were compared. Results The scores of anxiety,depression and behavior after intervention were statistically significantly lower than those before intervention( P0. 05). The scores of behavior,intelligence and school condition,physical appearance and attributes,anxiety,gregarious,happiness and satisfaction after intervention were statistically significantly higher than those before intervention( P〈0. 05). The scores of physical function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function and social function after intervention were statistically significantly higher than those before intervention( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Integrated management mode can obviously improve emotional disorder,raise self-consciousness and life quality of children with bronchial asthma,and it can achieve the goal of managing and controlling the children with bronchial asthma,which is worthy of promotion.
