摘  要:目的:对八仙花叶的酚酸类化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等谱学技术确定结构。结果:从八仙花叶提取物中分离得到8个酚酸类化合物,分别为:vanilloloside(1),5-羟甲基-2-甲氧基-苯酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),4-甲氧基-苯甲醛-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),tachioside(4),isotachioside(5),阿魏酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),咖啡酸(7),对羟基苯丙酸甲酯(8)。结论:化合物1~3,6~8为八仙花属中首次分离。Objective : To investigate the ods: The chemical constituents were se chemical constituents of the leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla. Meth- parated HPLC column chromatography), and their and purified by various isolation methods structures were determined by the analysis of (silica gel, ODS and spectral data ( ^1 H -NMR, ^13C- NMR and MS). Results: Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as the following: vanilloloside ( 1 ), 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - methoxy phenyl - β- D - glucopyranoside (2), 4 - methoxy - benzaldehyde - 3 - O - β- D - glucopyranoside ( 3 ), tachioside (4), isotachioside ( 5 ), ferulic acid - 4 -O - β- D - glucoside (6), caffeic acid ( 7 ), methyl 3 - (4 - hydroxyphenyl ) propionate ( 8 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 -3, 6 -8 were isolated from Hydrangea macrophylla leaves for the first time.
