摘  要:目的:初步建立无包载辅料的齐墩果酸微粒的制备方法,对制备工艺进行考察和优化,得到分散性好、粒径均一、分布窄的齐墩果酸微粒。方法:以齐墩果酸微粒的平均粒径Z-average、多分散指数PDI为主要指标,辅以电镜观察,对影响齐墩果酸微粒成型和分散性的各因素进行考察。结果:制备的齐墩果酸微粒冻干粉平均粒径(434.7±39.06)nm,PDI(0.25±0.08),大小均匀,分散性好。结论:不锈钢快速膜乳化法可用于中药难溶性成分齐墩果酸的微粒制备,具有良好的开发前景。Objective: To achieve well dispersible, relatively uniform and narrow size distribution Oleanolic Acid (OA) particles without coating materials and to establish a method and optimize the process parameters. Methods : Take Z - average and PDI of OA particles as main indexes, and supplement electron microscope to investigate the factors which may influence the shape and dispersibility of OA particles. Results: Uniform and well dispersible OA particles were prepared by premix membrane emulsification method. The average particle size was (434.7 ±39.06)nm and PDI was (0.25 ±0.08). Conclusion: Stainless steel premix membrane emulsification could be used to prepare insoluble component OA particles, and has a promising developmental prospect.
