独活寄生汤联合钙尔奇对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢标志物的影响  

Effect of Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction Combined with Caltrate on Bone Metabolic Marker in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Patients

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肝肾调气血法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效及对骨代谢的影响。方法:符合纳入标准的绝经后肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症患者90例,随机分成独活寄生汤+钙尔奇组30例(A组),钙尔奇组30例(B组)和独活寄生汤组30例(C组),观察并比较治疗前后的临床疗效,血清25-OHVD、I型原胶原N-端前肽(PINP)和I型胶原交联C-末端肽(CTX)的骨代谢标志物的变化。结果:三组患者的临床疗效均有改善,A组明显好于B组、C组(P均<0.05)。骨代谢标志物方面,A组治疗前后比较均有明显差异(P<0.05);三组组间比较,在血清25-OH-VD方面,A组高于B组、C组(P均<0.05);而在PINP和CTX方面则均无明显差异。结论:益肝肾调气血法联合钙尔奇能有效地治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,降低骨吸收,促进骨形成,保持骨代谢的平衡。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on bone metabolism through the treatment of benefiting liver and kidney and adjusting Qixue on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods： Research 90 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with liver and kidney deficiency. The patients were randomly classified into the angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction with caltrate group （group A）, caltrate group （group B） and angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction group （group C） with 30 patients in each group. Evaluate the clinical effect of each group before and after treatment, and observe the changes in bone metabolism markers such as 25 - OH - VD, PINP and CTX. Results ： The clinical effects of three groups were improved, and group A was a significantly better than group B and group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparing bone metabolism markers, there was a significant difference in group A before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparing among three groups, serum 25 - OH - VD of group A was higher than that of group B and group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no difference in PINP and CTX. Conclusion： The therapy of benefiting liver and kidney and adjusting Qixue with caltrate is good for treating postmenopausal osteoporosis, restraining bone resorption, enhancing bone formation and keeping the balance of bone metabolism.
